Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Asmo platform. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by all of the provisions set out below.
This Agreement is entered into between Asmo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and all natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who make use of the services offered on the Platform.
The User is deemed to have irrevocably accepted all provisions of this Agreement from the moment they log in to the Platform or begin using any of its services.
The use of AI-powered services offered within the Platform is entirely at the User's own discretion and responsibility. In this context:
Data Input
The User is solely responsible for the content of any text, code, image, or data they provide as input to AI models. All legal and criminal liability arising from shared data that contains confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data belongs exclusively to the User.
Intellectual Property
The User warrants that the content they upload to AI systems does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party.
Output Reliability
The accuracy, currency, or legal compliance of outputs generated by artificial intelligence is not guaranteed. The Platform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of such outputs.
The User agrees to compensate, in full and in cash upon first demand, all damages that the Platform or any third party may incur as a result of the User's breach of any provision of this Agreement.
The Platform accepts no liability whatsoever for interruptions, data loss, or erroneous results that may occur in its AI-powered services.
Asmo offers an optional integration with TikTok via the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. By connecting your TikTok account you agree to the following terms:
Publishing on Your Behalf
When you initiate a video publish action within Asmo, the Platform will upload and publish the selected video to your TikTok account using the video.publish permission you have granted. No content is published without your explicit action.
Permissions Granted
By connecting your TikTok account you authorise Asmo to request the user.info.basic scope (to display your TikTok profile information in the dashboard) and the video.publish scope (to publish videos on your behalf). No other TikTok permissions are requested.
Disconnection
You may disconnect your TikTok account from Asmo at any time via your Dashboard settings. Upon disconnection, all TikTok access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted from our systems. You may also revoke access directly from your TikTok account under Manage App Permissions.
Compliance with TikTok Policies
You agree to use the TikTok integration in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Platform reserves the right to suspend TikTok integration access if it determines that a User is in breach of TikTok's policies or applicable law.
Liability
The Platform is not responsible for any content published to TikTok, TikTok account suspensions, or any consequences arising from the User's use of the TikTok integration. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with all applicable laws and TikTok's platform policies.
The Platform reserves the right to amend any provision of this Agreement unilaterally at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the moment the updated Agreement is published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised terms.
